4. Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

Focusing on luxury and well-being, the Six Senses Residences will be the world's tallest residential building, with 122 floors. Select Group is developing the property, which will feature 251 residences with two to five bedrooms. Amenities will range from a 109th-floor sky deck with a 25-meter lap pool to cryotherapy chambers, a sound healing room, and a spa. Completion of the project is expected in 2028, and it will aim to merge sustainability with whole living.

 

5. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences

Developed in collaboration with high-end jeweler Jacob & Co, Binghatti Developers is building the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Business Bay. This tower aims to be the world's tallest residential tower with 112 floors of luxury apartments and penthouses. Exclusive features include the "Billionaire Sky Penthouse" and facilities such as an infinity pool, personal chef services, and a health club.
