• Tickets need to be collected before your intended visit time from the At the Top Burj Khalifa ticketing counter, located at LG Level, The Dubai Mall, in front of the Food Hall. Once you have exchanged your ticket, follow the signs to the "Dubai Fountains." Once you're outside, look for the "Lake Ride" sign and enter the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.

• Once you have collected your tickets, follow the signs to the 'Dubai Fountains'. When outside, look for the 'Lake Ride' sign and enter the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.
