• Swim attire policy: The guest should change in swimwear before entering waters
• No refunds will be provided if the guests are prohibited due to their attire improper for a waterpark

• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops
• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aqua-venture
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons
• Some attractions may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons
• Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted
• Lifejackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 metres (48") and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages

How to get to Aquaventure Waterpark

You can get to Aquaventure Waterpark using the below transportation options:

Dubai Metro: Get on the Red Line to Al Khail Metro Station. From here, you can either walk (around 20 minutes) or hail a taxi to Palm Gateway where the Palm Monorail will take you directly to Aquaventure Waterpark

Bus: You can also take bus line 8 to Palm Jumeirah Monorail Station. From here, it's a 5-minute walk to Palm Gateway

Alternatively, if you prefer driving, get on Sheikh Zayed Rd/E11 and take exit 34 towards Palm Jumeirah (Nakhlat Jumeirah in Arabic). Afterwards, take Crescent Road to your destination
