• The voucher is only valid on the specified date

• Children below 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of charge
• For safety purposes, access to certain rides are restricted to those below 1.1 meters in height
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times
• During busy periods, the Jumeirah guest queue will be closed off 45 minutes prior to the park's closing time
• Children must be accompanied by an adult though out the time 
• No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed
• Glass and sharp items, along with professional cameras and tripods are not permitted in the waterpark
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
• Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted

By bus: Take a bus from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station (8, 8a, N2 u0026 X25) to Wild Wadi Water Park

By car: A taxi ride from Deira (city center of Dubai) to Wild Wadi Waterpark will take approx 20 minutes and cost approximately AED65
