• Free entrance if kids are 110 cm or less in height
• You are required to carry a hard copy of the ticket at the time of your tour. It needs to be presented at the counter
• A Photo ID will be required at the boarding point for the identification                             
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount or ticket
• Runs every 15 mins starting from 9:00 AM till 9:45 PM (from the Palm Gateway Station) and till 10:00 PM (from The Atlantis Station), all 7 days of the week
