The Sky Views Observatory is an innovative structure that links the summits of The Address Sky View's twin 50-story elliptical towers, emerging from a gracefully curved base. These towers reach impressive heights of 237.45m and 260.85m, respectively. Positioned 219.5 meters above Dubai, the observatory boasts a striking 25m-long glass floor extending from the cantilever, offering an extraordinary vantage point to witness the Burj Khalifa and the city's skyline. Visitors can also appreciate the view through a glass-sided panoramic elevator

This remarkable observatory presents a range of exhilarating experiences, a first in the region. Notably, it features an outdoor glass slide that propels visitors from level 53 at 219.5 m to level 52 at 215.5 m, enclosed within a transparent glass tube, adding an exciting element to the visit

• The tickets are valid only on the specified date and time

• The glass slide will be chargeable at AED 25 per experience directly at the counter or at level 53
• Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried
• Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide
• Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for glass slide
• Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide
• Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed  for the glass slide
• You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves)
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant
• Operating Hours: Daily: 10:00am - 09:00 pm
• Children under 4 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost
