• The tickets are valid only on the specified date 

• Please carry a valid ID/ Passport along with you during the visit
• Large bags and backpacks should not be brought in
• Tickets are not required for children who are ages three and younger
• Minors up to 15 years old can enter only if accompanied
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum
• Jumping up and down or climbing on the handrail or running in the Vortex Tunnel is not permitted
• The building and grounds, including parking, are wheelchair/stroller accessible, except for 3 exhibits (Vortex Tunnel, Ames Room, and Anti Gravity Room)
• Tilted Room is not recommended for people with balance problems and epilepsy
